What is Artists Sunday?
Artists Sunday is a nationwide alliance of professional artists, economic development and not-for-profit organizations, and sponsors focused on encouraging consumers to shop with artists and craftsmen.
This artist-focused day takes place the Sunday after Thanksgiving – the busiest shopping weekend of the year. Shoppers are encouraged to support local artists and craftsmen and find unique, personal gifts for their loved ones.
Art can be decorative or an investment, but it can also be practical, useful and used every day. Our diversity of artisans allows consumers to ‘shop art’ this Artists Sunday – November 29th – and give something special, unique, and hand-crafted this holiday season.
