FWADA is proud to feature the work of undergraduate student artists in this spring’s Spring Gallery Night brochure. All submissions came from current college art students in the DFW area. We wanted to celebrate emerging talent and support those dedicated to advancing their artistic careers.
 

FWADA members had the special opportunity to help select the cover image. The final selection, chosen through a combination of member votes and FWADA Board input, was created by artist Sadie Rubio, a 19 year old freshman pursuing an Associate of Visual Arts at Tarrant County College. Her winning artwork, Inverted Friends, was inspired by the visuals of inverted coloring digitally. These student submissions highlight the imagination, talent, and expressive power of the next generation of artists in the DFW area, and reflect our community’s commitment to uplifting young voices through art.
