The Art Galleries at TCU are pleased to announce their collaboration with guest artist Jordan Baseman in the exhibition - gendersick - a collection of films opening October 10 and running through November 17, 2018 at Fort Worth Contemporary Arts.
Baseman creates visual work best described as a synthesis of reportage, portraiture, documentary, creative non-fiction and narrative practices. gendersick addresses challenging topics through specific lived experiences with results that are deeply moving and unforgettable. Funding for this program was provided, in part, by the TCU College of Fine Arts Programming & Diversity Initiative.
gendersick by Jordan Baseman opens at Fort Worth Contemporary Arts on Wednesday, October 10th, from 6-8pm. Join artist Jordan Baseman at this opening reception! There will also be an artist talk with Jordan Baseman on Tuesday, October 9th, from 12-1 pm in TCU Moudy Fine Arts building, room 031N, in the Photography Lab.
